About Me

With over 11 years as a business owner in the heavy industry sector, I built my company from the ground up—starting by balancing hands-on fieldwork by day with office work by night. I created every document, policy, and procedure while navigating multiple learning curves and leading the business through all stages of growth. I oversaw daily operations end-to-end, including financial administration, operational policies, safety compliance, and team leadership. My experience spans recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and facilitating meetings across all organizational levels, as well as designing websites and social media content.
Beyond my professional background, my coaching is deeply informed by lived experience. I have navigated significant life transitions including a career change, health concerns, separation, the loss of a loved one, and periods of low self-esteem. These experiences allow me to genuinely understand the challenges many people face and to support clients with empathy and clarity as they move through change, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful, sustainable progress.

Frequently asked questions
What is Coaching?
The ICF (International Coaching Federation) definition of coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their potential. Coaches honor the client as the expert in their life and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.
What Does a Coach Do?
A coach partners with individuals to help them gain clarity, build confidence, and take intentional action toward their personal and professional goals. Rather than giving advice or telling clients what to do, a life coach provides guidance, accountability, and supportive questioning to help clients uncover their own insights, strengths, and solutions.
Coaches support clients through life transitions, mindset shifts, decision-making, stress management, and goal achievement—helping them move forward with greater purpose, balance, and alignment.
What's the difference between Coaching and Psychology?
Coaching focuses on the present and future while psychology focuses on the present as it relates to the past.
Coaching area's of expertise is to partner and support individuals to create awareness and responsibility while psychology assesses and treats emotional and mental states.
Coaching approaches partnering, uses the coaching model/framework to guide progress and momentum while psychology uses diagnostic assessments with behavioral interventions.
The goal in Coaching is self improvement/growth and progress, to help people make positive change rooted in thoughts, feelings, and emotion while the goal in psychology is to have a deeper understanding of self from the lens of diagnosis, assessment and evaluation, rooted in prescriptive support.
What's the process?
A coaching process is a collaborative, action-oriented partnership designed to help individuals bridge the gap between their current circumstances and desired future. The process involves identifying goals, uncovering obstacles, and creating actionable strategies to foster personal or professional growth.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly and are up to an hour in length.
